Refund Policy

48-Hour Refund Window

We offer refunds only within the first 48 hours of subscription, and only if you receive fewer than 3 verified leads during this period.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • Timing: Refund request must be made within 48 hours of your subscription payment.
  • Lead Count: Fewer than 3 verified leads were posted to the channel during your first 48 hours.
  • First-Time Subscriber: This is your first subscription with Tutorflo (no previous refunds or subscriptions).
  • No Violations: Your account is in good standing with no Terms of Service violations.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 48 hours from payment
  • 3 or more leads were posted during the 48-hour period
  • Lead quality complaints (all leads are verified before posting)
  • Inability to convert leads into students
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Technical issues on your end (Telegram access, internet, etc.)
  • Previous subscription or refund history with Tutorflo

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@tutorflo.app within 48 hours of your payment.
  2. Include your payment receipt or transaction ID.
  3. Provide your Telegram username for verification.
  4. State the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Plan Changes

Upgrades/Plan Changes: When changing to a different plan (upgrade or downgrade), your current subscription is cancelled immediately and the new plan starts right away. You will be charged the full amount of the new plan.

No Proration: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days on your previous plan. The new subscription billing cycle starts fresh from the date of change.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Razorpay account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not auto-renew at the next billing cycle.
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
  • Your Telegram group access is revoked at the end of the billing period.
